Two properties I researched were Video Element and CSS Animation. Both of these properties appear to be globally supported. There aren't many known issues for the video element aside from media playback controls not being displayed with content security policies in Safari 11 and 12. I also learned that different browsers have support for different video fomrats, the support for those were listed in the sub features tab. As for CSS Animations, those are supported with most modern browsers except for Opera Mini. However, there are several documented known issues on various browsers for animations.
