Styled Forms & Input Types

This week's review is on styled forms and different input types. For this review, I've used the NWTC Request Information page, as it was the only one that I could find with the most variety for different input types. The url for this page is https://www.nwtc.edu/admissions-and-aid/request-information. It's purpose is to help people connect with admissions advisors if they are undecided on a program, or need more information about a specific degree, diploma, or certificate.

How would you rate the site's design, on a scale of 1(horrible) to 10 (fantastic)? Why?

I would rate the site's design as 10. The design is always improving, especially since the last time I went to NWTC about two years ago. The color scheme and layout is very "clean" looking and responsive.
